All prices shown on the website are in £ Sterling. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Words and Music will endeavour to supply products as advertised but these may be deleted at anytime. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will contact you by email. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, your choice is no longer available, we will inform you, suggest alternatives or give a full refund.
Delivery
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order has been accepted and in any event within 28 days.
Goods must be returned to Words & Music at your own cost and risk.
Liability
If the goods delivered are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Words and Music will have no liability to you unless you notify them in writing within 5 working days.
If you do not receive the goods ordered within 28 days of the order date, notification should be made in writing to Words and Music within 7 days after this date, otherwise Words and Music will except no liability for loss.
If you notify Words and Music about the problems you are facing they will either:
- make good any shortage or non-delivery
- replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective
- refund the amount paid
These terms and conditions may be amended, updated and/or modified by us at any time.
